Every child around the world has the right to free basic education and by this, poverty is no excuse. However, while basic education is theoretically free, poor families are saddled with the responsibility of providing other necessary materials to enjoy the “free basic education”

Our Back to School initiative at Hearty Aid and Support Initiative is to help surmount barriers that deprive vulnerable children access to quality or any form of education in Nigeria.

Nigeria is Africa’s largest economy, yet it has the highest number of out-of-school children and street children in the world, despite the fact that primary education is compulsory in Nigeria.

The goal of Back2School in Nigeria and Africa in extension is to reach out to as many children as possible and the create a bright future for them.
